Issues I work with
Hypnosis can help you feel better, change unwanted habits, and become more self aware. Hypnosis can also help with management of acute or chronic pain, and issues such as sleep, stress, anxiety, confidence, self-esteem, and weight release. Research evidence continues to mount as to the value of hypnosis in emotional and medical issues.
I love my work! I see people of all ages, from children, to teens, to adults to the elderly. Often my clients find me through referrals from physicians, dentists, or psychiatrists or by word-of-mouth recommendations from friends or family members. Many of my clients come to me because they have an illness or medical condition that has not resolved satisfactorily. For example, a broken ankle that has not healed as quickly as expected, or chronic pain lingering from an old injury. If you are experiencing an unexplained symptom, you may notice that stress makes it worse. You may even have been told that you will just have to learn to live with a chronic condition.
Even with the diagnosis of a terminal illness, like metastatic cancer or Lou Gehrig's disease, it is possible to improve your quality of life by using hypnosis to manage pain, sleep, stress, fear, and negative emotions.

My aim is to empower my clients and I teach a variety of tools and strategies to use at home. These include the mp3 recordings that I give to all my clients. Regular practice of these techniques will bring about positive, beneficial change and can improve quality of life.
